2.   How to know order status?
Once we have received your payment,we require 1 day to prepare the goods for shipping within country and 1-3 days outside Thailand. After the goods had been in the system of shipment company, we will send you the tracking number  or you can check your tracking on our website.

3.   How long does my shipping takes place?
Our main warehouse is located in Bangkok, Thailand. Your orders will be shipped through 
Kerry Express for local purchase and through Thai post for international purchase.

Shipping duration will be based on your location. See below for our regular shipping durations.


Thailand: 1-3 business days
Asia: 7 - 15 business days
America:  10-20 business days
South Africa: 15 - 25 business days
South America: 20 - 35 business days
Europe: 10 - 25 business days

4. Can I change my address?
We can proceed with the change of the address before the order submitted to our warehouse. All emails regarding change of address must be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the Subject for faster proceeding. However, oncer the order has been shipped out of the warehouse, the change cannot be proceeded.

5. I Have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation from us after 24 hours, please contact us at contact@coceonline.com with your inquiry.

7. Can I purchase the products if i live in Turkey?
Unfortunately, Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetic products, so we are unable to ship our products to Turkey.

8. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to. However, if you give us an email on the website. We can send you updates, events, promotions, codes which would be benefits for your next purchase.

9. Do you offer a discount or a promotion?
Yes, from time to time we do offer discounts, bundles, and promotional codes. You can find these codes after you leave us your email address or you can find the codes from our brand ambassadors as shown on the website or our social media.
