1. Does Coce accept returns?
Unfortunately, Coce has no policy of accepting returns at this moment.
2. The goods were damaged when arrive, what can I do?
If in case the goods were damaged when arrive, please contact us with the proof of picture and shipping address in order to claim new bottle.

Terms and Conditions
Coce has no policy of cancellations or change of order once placed. Product offers made on the Website are valid while supplies last. Coce retains the right to refuse an Order. In case of limited editions, quantities ordered by client can be restricted.
Product-availability information is provided to the Customer when the Order is placed.
If a Product becomes wholly or partially unavailable after the Order is placed, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible that the Product is unavailable and that the Order has been wholly or partially cancelled.
In such case, the price of the unavailable product the Customer ordered shall be refunded to them as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after the Customer's payment.
The price of each Product is quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and excludes all taxes, preparation fees, shipping fees and duties. Taxes, preparation fees, shipping fees and duties are billed in addition and shall also be specified on the Website before final validation of the Order.
If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the customers to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs. Coce is not liable to contact customs officials, or refund any orders which are refused by local customs and returned to Coce. Cocé is not responsible for any costs associated with custom fees, local taxes or duties.
